Title: Product Verification & Validation Engineer - 85820
Onsite/Remote: Onsite Position

Your Responsibilities

As a Product Verification & Validation Engineer for ISG-ESlocated in Fargo, ND, you will gather, review, and format hardware test requirements from internal and external customers with minimal assistance. In addition, you will:

  • Perform, oversee, and troubleshoot internal and external hardware Product Verification & Validation testing.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of testing and communicate progress and problems to stakeholders.
  • Maintain up to date schedules of testing and resources, providing regular test updates to stakeholders.
  • Work closely with other project team members to ensure the testing is performed as specified in the product specifications.

What Skills You Need

  • 2 - 5 years' experience with product testing of electronics or product development
  • Knowledge of project management
  • 1 - 3 years' work experience in a cross-functional team environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills


What Makes You Stand Out

  • Experience with product testing or design of ruggedized electronics
  • Experience with development and debugging tools (e.g. oscilloscopes, multi-meters, etc.)
  • Experience with communication networks (e.g. CAN, Ethernet, RS-232/485, etc.)
  • Experience with communication protocols (e.g. J1939, ISO11783, TCP/IP, etc.)


Education

Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:

  • Bachelors' degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics Engineering from an accredited engineering program.
