Description
Validation Director
We are currently seeking Validation Directors to join us on an important and exciting campaign with the Coalition for Healthy Democracy, centered around government transparency and electoral reform. We are hiring for a Validation Director in Worcester, Massachusetts.
Across the country, our political system is worse than ever. And Massachusetts is no longer the exception: we have the least competitive elections and the least transparent legislature in the country. This system keeps power in the hands of a few rather than the many. We are seeking a dedicated Validation Director to lead our efforts in placing two democracy reform initiatives on the ballot for an upcoming election. Join us in putting electoral reform directly on the ballot.
Validation Directors will manage a team of hourly paid support staff who will review the signatures petitioners gather for this initiative. The Validation Director and their team will be responsible for reviewing signatures for eligibility, quality control, and maintaining an organized system of tracking and reporting. The Validation Director manages the day-to-day office operations, recruits and trains staff to hit campaign deliverables, and reports to the Project Director.
